Ningbo Huanying(Decheng) Tools Co., Ltd was founded in 1995, and now is on entity of research, development, manufacturing and marketing. It is now listed at the first column of screwdriver. After 30 years' development, it occupies 40,000 square meters for production of screwdrivers, warehousing and logistics. It is located in Ningbo which is famous for its unique advantage of harbors. 'HIGHIN', the brand of our products, has been granted with well-known brand in Ningbo and National Quality Trusted Product. Our company also has been awarded Business A level Credible Unit in Zhejiang, Pilot Enterprise in Patent Operation in Ningbo, Individual Champion of Total Production of Screwdriver in Ningbo, and so on.

Our product is highly appreciated by customers from home and abroad, and exported to European countries, United States, Australia and Southeast Asia, total 40 countries or regions. We have also established steady relationship with many global chain supermarkets and VIP customers.

Our management is made up of professional managers, technician and overseas returned graduates with high education level, and our R & D center has been set up with advanced technology. We keep close touch with Shanghai Institute of Industrial Tools, Harbin Institute of Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College for production-learning-research cooperation. We have been the group member of National Tool Hardware Standardization Sub Committee for over ten years. As the main drafting team leader unit of industry standard, we have completed 40 drafts for national and industry standards.

Performance-related Evaluation Management System, Quality System, Environment System, Standard Safety System, European BSCI, 'AAA' Level Standardization System and 'AA' Level Measurement Management System were introduced to our company and supported it run well. Our company has built a test laboratory about screwdriver physical performance and chemical performance. Our product has been certificated of TUV/GS and VPA/GS, and has passed the test of PAHS and ROHS. At present, our company has 30 types of screwdrivers that have obtained 'National Invention, Utility Model and Design Patents'.
